Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.

If you need professional mental health support, we encourage you to seek a licensed therapist.

Payments & Refunds
Coaching services must be paid in full before sessions.
Refunds are subject to the terms & conditions of the coaching contract
signed prior to beginning coaching programs or sessions.

If you need to reschedule, we require 48 hours’ notice.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to show up for scheduled sessions on time and be fully present.
You are responsible for your actions and results from coaching.
Confidentiality is mutual—your personal details remain private,
and we expect the same for any private coaching materials shared.

Intellectual Property
All content on www.empoweredgriefjourney.com (blog posts, guides, resources, courses)
is our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for decisions, actions, or results stemming from coaching sessions.
Coaching is for personal development purposes only.

Purchased Items (Books, Gifts, Other Items)
You are able to request a refund for these purchased items within 30 days of purchase. All purchased items must be returned at the expensive of the buyer and must be in the new, unused condition in which they were shipped to them. Purchased items will be inspected upon receipt for any signs of wear or damage before a refund is issued. Buyer will receive an email confirmation with all details regarding if a refund will or will not be issued, the dollar amount, and when they can expect to be refunded. All inquiries for returns shall be sent to chris@empoweredgriefjourney.com and will be responded to within 48 hours.
